I'm Dr. Devin Cromartie Bodrick โ a Howard & Harvard educated psychiatrist, burnout coach, and woman of faith who's walked the very path I now help others navigate.
After years of striving, overachieving, and pushing through exhaustion, I found myself burned outโphysically depleted, spiritually disconnected, and unsure how to keep showing up for everyone else when I was running on empty. It was in that low place that God met me with clarity, restoration, and purpose.
Now, I guide high-achieving Christian women who are tired of running on fumes. I help you slow down, reconnect with your spiritual center, and create a life that honors both your calling and your wellbeing.
My coaching is where soul care meets strategyโwhere we integrate your faith, your values, and your vision to move you from burnout to a life of meaningful purpose. Together, we'll cultivate ease, boundaries, and joyโnot just for you, but for the communities you're called to serve.

How does my coaching service work?
When a high-achieving woman of faith wants to execute a new goal in her life but feels too burnt out to know where to start, she comes to me.
I specialize in helping women see and accomplish their goals, as led by God, so they can live purposeful lives with more ease.
I help them nurture their bodies, minds, boundaries, connections, and sense of direction by cultivating emotionally honest spirituality and mindfulness. Once their direction is clear, we execute on fulfilling the purpose God has placed within them.
I believe that aiming for wellbeing is too mediocre. Living out your purpose with the peace that surpasses all understandingโthat's the goal. You're living way below your worth in burnout, sis.

"Dr. Devin has an incredible gift for coaching. During our very first conversation, she challenged my long-held beliefs and started a process of self-interrogation that brought much clarity and insight. Sheโs thoughtful, kind, and Holy Spirit-led. I am a better doctor, mother, and entrepreneur because of her motivation and accountability."
"Our experience was very thorough, enlightening, and kind of sparked self discovery."
"I just feel more settled โ more grounded. Like I can actually implement peace in my life."
"It's been a valuable experience. The returns are immediate."
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I expect from coaching?
You can expect a spiritually grounded, deeply supportive space where we focus on your growth, healing, and goals. Coaching is forward-focused and action-orientedโwe'll explore your values, strengthen your boundaries, and co-create strategies that help you live a more aligned and intentional life. Every session is personalized and led by wisdom, grace, and evidence-based principles.
Is this faith-based?
Yes, my coaching is grounded in Christian principles, and I regularly invite prayer, scripture, and discernment into our workโalways with your comfort and values in mind. I believe your spiritual life is a strong foundational to your healing and success. That said, I work with women who are in any stage of their faith journey, and I hold space for wherever you are with compassion and respect.
How is this different from your psychiatric practice?
As a psychiatrist, I diagnose and treat mental health conditions using clinical tools, including therapy approaches and medication when appropriate. I do my best to integrate culturally connected, holistic principles into that workโbut the reality is that psychiatric care is often shaped by time constraints and a necessary focus on diagnosis and clinical treatment.
Coaching, on the other hand, is not medical care and is not covered by insurance. In coaching, I draw on my experience and training to support your transformation in a deeper, more expansive way. Weโre not diagnosing or treating illnessโweโre focused on helping you move from burnout to purpose using mindset tools, faith practices, and values-driven strategies. Itโs ideal for women seeking clarity, alignment, and sustainable, God-centered change.
If you're seeking psychiatric care, you can find me on Psychology Today.
